We have a variety of fast-track development programmes in place exclusively for employment equity candidates. These programmes respond to critical skills shortages in our business in areas such as Sales and Claims. They include Employed Learnerships, Disabled Learnerships, Internships, Graduate Development Programmes and Fast-Track Business Development Consultants.
Mutual & Federal also uses an integrated talent management framework to identify future leaders in the organisation and expose them to our pipeline management programmes. We run these programmes in partnership with the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
