  • The Mutual & Federal National Call Centre, or
  • If after hours, Swiftcare;
to report the claim.

If a third party is involved and/or passengers are injured:

It is important to remember that you do not admit liability under any circumstances.

Mutual & Federal will deal with all the liability claims on your behalf, provided that the terms of your policy have been met in all respects. If you receive any claim from a third party, please pass the correspondence on to us immediately, so that we may deal with the claim in accordance with your policy contract.
 
We have a dedicated team dealing with third party claims. This team also specialises in the recovery of the cost of repairs including your excess, should the accident be caused by the other driver.
