Supplier Management 

The Supplier Management department takes care of our Company's Service Level Agreements, ensuring that all our suppliers and service providers are of a standard just a cut above the rest to provide you, our client, with the best possible service.

All of our suppliers and service providers have signed Codes of Conduct/ Service Level Agreements and are audited on a continous basis to monitor their compliance with our stringent requirements. Not only does this ensure service excellence, but it also contains the ever-escalating costs of claims, which in turn means lower premiums and less frequent premium increases to our clients.
