Services for the account of the policyholder includes all the related costs. These costs are monitored as part of the quality control programme and if any emergency is covered by insurance, assistance will be provided with the claims procedure.
Worldwide protection for loss or theft of credit, cash, debit and cell phone SIM cards. One call is all that is needed to arrange for the cancellation of all cards after you have pre-registered your cards and personal details in a secure and confidential environment.

- Card cancellation and replacement
- Fraudulent use of cards up to R4 000 per incident maximum R20 000 per year after notification to Swiftcare
