Swiftcare is available to allsure policyholders, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year in South Africa. Customers in neighbouring countries have access to Swiftcare via the telephone. Compensation for these benefits will only apply if the policyholder calls the Swiftcare call centre in the first instance for assistance.
